What You'll Do

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, servicing production areas and the efficient and cost effective operation of the floor processes. This individual will lead the warehouse floor associates and coordinate all transfers by completing set procedures and communicate with external parties when necessary, during the day shift.

The day shift is from: Monday to Friday, 07:00 A.M. - 03:30 P.M.

As our Warehouse Lead, we need your in-depth knowledge of operations, customer focus, and sound business acumen to:

Provide planning, direction and control of all available resources.

Ensure timely, damage-free loading/unloading of shipments.

Operate various types of machinery as required.

Provide a clean, safe environment for all personnel and visiting customers.

Ensure all work is performed according to company approved procedures, standards and specifications.

Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Guide and coach staff to achieve daily goals.

Who You Are

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a warehouse environment

2 Years experience in warehouse role

Track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

Track record of successfully collaborating with customers & other team members from different departments

Ability to operate various types of machinery

Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Forklift certified is preferred
