Location: Markham
Length of Assignment: 2 Years

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Inbound Canada Operations. You will drive both Continuous and Cost Improvement Processes (CIP) to enhance efficiency. You will adeptly address transportation inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Additionally, you will prepare weekly On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) reports for both Medtech and Innovative Medicine.
You will also manage the DSI Log and Department Data Lead (DDL) service issues log, as well as other master data responsibilities. Supporting invoice reconciliation and addressing any invoice kick-outs will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will conduct data analysis and visualization to support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Oversee Inbound Canada Operations
Drive process improvement initiatives
Handle transportation inquiries and escalations effectively
Prepare weekly On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
Manage the DSI Log and Department Data Lead (DDL) service issues log
Oversee other master data responsibilities
Conduct data analysis and visualization to support operational decision-making
Other duties as may apply

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Hybrid work schedule- three days a week onsite at the Markham office
At least two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Operations is desired
Outstanding time management and interpersonal skills
Strong data and process analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity while prioritizing urgent business needs
PREFERRED:
Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical supply chains
Proficiency in SAP or similar planning systems is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives.
Proactive in identifying and leading business priorities, and adept at resolving technical and supply chain challenges.
Project management training or experience
