We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for all types of communications to ensure a great relationship with customers.

This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, great problem-solving skills and most importantly, the desire to learn.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Providing an exceptional customer service
Answering professionally to phone calls, emails, social media messages
Brainstorming and publishing on social media accounts
Preparing invoices and orders
Coordinating with the warehouse team for pickups, deliveries, etc.
Writing product descriptions on the website to enhance SEOs
Writing product descriptions for SEO purposes
Assuring an organized appearance on the sales floor (creation of price tags, making sure all of the demos are present in the showroom, correct price tags)
Cold calling new potential customers
Keeping the front desk and environment clean
Managing the website & other platforms
Unloading containers of bathtubs/ toilets/vanities, etc when required
Assisting the warehouse team when required

Skills/Experience required

Must be fluently bilingual, English and French (written and oral)
High organizational skills
Active listening
Proactive
High attention to details
Great knowledge of Word and Excel
Punctual
Customer-service oriented
