Terra Vista Landscape Firm is excited to offer the opportunity for a Landscape Construction Crew Manager to join our growing team. This position is perfect for individuals who have demonstrated experience in landscape construction and are eager to lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the construction of beautiful, functional landscapes while ensuring high-quality work and safety standards are met.

As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader, you'll be provided with all the support you need to develop in your leadership role, while contributing to the success of our projects and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct activities on the job site, managing workflow and overseeing landscape construction tasks
Operate various small and heavy equipment
Lead and supervise a landscape crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project specifications and designs
Communicate daily production goals with crew, supervisors, and clients
Provide training and support to crew members, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
Maintain and monitor tools, equipment, and machinery for proper functioning
Track materials, expenses, and labor hours for each job assignment
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site, addressing any safety concerns promptly
Participate in safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
Conduct site safety meetings and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Enforce job site security and equipment maintenance protocols
Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success
Oversee job costs, keeping track of materials, expenses, and labor hours
Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and quality within the crew
Report directly to the Operations Manager and ensure smooth communication between the crew and leadership
Lead by example, offering guidance and support for crew development and improvement
Participate in ongoing safety training and professional development opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
