Role Summary
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on building and executing results-driven campaigns across digital and event channels. Your primary focus will be lead generation and campaign management , supporting initiatives that generate pipeline and drive awareness in new markets. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, and the rest of the marketing team.
This is a hands-on, executional role - ideal for someone who loves coordinating across channels, optimizing performance, and making a measurable impact.
Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, vertical targeting, and event promotion
Own the lead generation workflow - from audience segmentation and messaging, to asset coordination and campaign launch (email, PPC, landing pages, social)
Develop and manage campaign workflows in HubSpot, including email sequences, CTAs, and lead nurturing flows
Collaborate with contractors (PPC, designer/copywriter) to produce high-performing campaign assets
Support tradeshow and event campaigns, including pre-show engagement, on-site materials, and post-show follow-up
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, CPL, MQLs) and optimize campaigns based on results
Maintain and refine segmentation within the CRM to improve targeting and personalization
Leverage SEO, paid search, and paid social to amplify campaign reach and lead acquisition
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS (bonus if B2G)
Proven ability to execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic, events)
Proven desire to constantly improve and push for excellence
Proficient in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
Comfortable interpreting data and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Excel5, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic for experimenting with AI and a drive to continuously develop new skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting event-based or ABM-style campaigns
Familiarity with lead generation metrics (CTR, CPL, MQL, SQL) and reporting frameworks
Understanding of funnel mechanics - top-of-funnel lead capture through to sales hand-off
Experience working with SEO, PPC, and paid social platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
