We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our fundraising team in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). As a fundraiser, you'll play a key role in supporting the incredible work of organizations like CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) and Save the Children, helping to create meaningful change for those who need it most.

Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years old or older
Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
Charity work requires active listening skills and a willingness to accept feedback (from coaches and donors)
Must be able to work evening shifts at least 4 days a week
Comfortable working on your feet and outside all year long, in rain, snow, and sunshine
You can bus, bike, or drive to various locations throughout HRM
We're looking for folks who can bring passion, for both their work and for the world, to every conversation!
Responsibilities:
You will be the face of a specific charity
You'll be engaging with potential donors on the streets and door-to-door throughout the city, to let them know about the work that our charity partners are doing, and inspire them to become a monthly donor
Once you've gotten a donation, you'll safely process monthly donation gifts through our digital portal
Represent our organization with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
