As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of hair cutting and styling services, including trims, shaves, and beard grooming.
Sanitate tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet retail sales goals.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling services and products.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
A valid barbering license as required by state regulations.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week
