Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator - Lendfinity Financial

(Onsite, Markham, ON)

Lendfinity Financial is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is not your typical designer role-we're looking for someone who can blend high-impact visual design with hands-on marketing coordination. You'll support both Lendfinity Financial and our sister company, 8Twelve Asset Management, across brand, digital, and campaign initiatives.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and love working on projects that push boundaries-this is your place.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

Create and adapt compelling designs for digital, print, and multimedia channels (e.g., campaigns, social media, web content, presentations, print collateral, signage).
Maintain and evolve Lendfinity's brand identity and visual standards.
Conceptualize and execute visuals that elevate brand storytelling and drive audience engagement.

Marketing Coordination

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support product launches, lead generation efforts, and promotions.
Assist with content planning, campaign scheduling, and managing the marketing calendar.
Coordinate email marketing production in platforms such as Stripo, Zoho Campaign, or Customer.io.
Help manage social media scheduling using tools like Zoho Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing goals are aligned with creative output.

Support for Sister Company

Support 8Twelve Asset Management in branding and marketing execution-design assets, produce investor-facing content, and assist with creative storytelling for fund promotions, webinars, and digital outreach.
(Work closely with the marketing lead for 8Twelve AM to tailor visuals and content for the investment audience.)

AI-Powered Content Creation

Leverage AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, ChatGPT, or others to generate visual and written content with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Stay ahead of trends in AI-assisted design and content production.

Print & Production

Produce print-ready materials (brochures, signage, merchandise, branded office collateral).
Adapt and localize national creative assets across formats.

Digital & UX Support

Contribute to website visuals, banners, landing pages, and email designs.
Provide basic wireframes/mockups for UX/UI enhancements.
Create digital assets, motion graphics, or short-form videos to support campaigns.
Analyze engagement metrics to improve click-through and user interaction through better design.

Collaboration & Workflow

Balance multiple deadlines with creativity and organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers, developers, and marketing leads.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project specs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative marketing roles.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.

Design & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects and Premiere are a plus.
Experience with both print and digital design.
Motion graphics and video editing knowledge are strong assets.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or CMS platforms is a bonus.
Understanding of UX/UI and wireframing best practices.

Marketing Tools & Tech

Experience working with Stripo, Customer.io, Zoho Campaigns, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools is a bonus
Ability to use AI content/design tools to streamline workflows and boost production.

Soft Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys creative problem-solving.
