Headache, Migraine & Concussion Centre (HMCC) is a trusted and growing chronic pain clinic in the Durham Region. Known for our patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach, we specialize in the management of complex chronic pain conditions, with a particular focus on headache, migraine, and post-concussion care.

Our clinic provides interventional pain management services for individuals living with chronic pain. Our range of procedures includes nerve blocks, trigger point and joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and regenerative medicine treatments.
Position Overview
Perform patient consultations/workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow-up to patients in pain management.
Obtain vital signs and patient information for inclusion in the patient's medical record.
Provide patients with basic instructions and information regarding treatment.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records/documentation.

Qualifications
Medical Degree with specialist training or experience in Pain Management
Successful candidates will hold certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) OR American Board Certification
Eligible for license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
US Board Certified Physicians are eligible for an independent license in Ontario
The physician must be able to collaborate with healthcare staff, patients and their families.
Able to work in a team environment and independently.

Completion of CPSO Change of Scope for Interventional Pain Management
Experience in performing interventional procedures
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
