Job Overview:
We are a well-established, high-volume dental clinic equipped with modern technology and a growing patient base. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Provide a full range of general dental services including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more.
Utilize Tracker software for patient charting and clinical documentation.
Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with new developments and best practices in dentistry through continuing education.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid and active dental license to practice.
Experience or interest in CAD/CAM technology is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
A patient-centered approach with a focus on quality care and compassion.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
