TORLYS is currently hiring for the exciting role of Marketing Coordinator in Mississauga, Ontario.

Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and processing a continuous flow of marketing orders through to delivery. This includes new display SKU set ups, sales team presentation kits, automatic sample shipments, dealer rollouts and day-to-day sample and marketing material requirements. The Marketing Coordinator is a contact for order related inquiries, order processing (includes orders from multiple sources and platforms), working with cross-functional teams regarding logistics or issues associated with the shipments of marketing materials MOTSC is to possesses a complete understanding of marketing materials and order processing and ensures a positive brand experience for all internal customers. The Marketing Coordinator supports, coordinates, and executes all tradeshow activities related to various events as directed by marketing leadership. The Marketing Coordinator assists with organizing the go-to-market tasks as part of the product launch process workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Marketing TeamMates with product launches and dealer merchandising rollouts.
Coordinates distribution of all display selling systems, including contract validation, order entry and coordination with sales teams for timely and complete distribution.
Day-to-day order entry for all marketing material and sales tool requirements (email and online orders).
Marketing Order Book - Work closely with Marketing Administrator and TMs on keeping it up to date.
Complete online and email sample orders for internal and external customers as well as tradeshows and other events.
Reviewing online SmartShop orders for accuracy, availability, release orders, and follow up with sales teams as required.
Process Shop at Home marketing orders.
Complete the weekly TOR manufacturing sample material orders and write offs.
Work closely with sales teams and digital marketing to coordinate the TORLYS display database/Find a Dealer including conducting regular field audits towards keeping the updated information.
Be familiar with all marketing and merchandising materials and brand guidelines.
Tradeshow Support and Execution: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to understand, coordinate all requirements for various tradeshows in addition to working with third party vendors (e.g., event venues, booth vendors and logistics providers).
Participate in the creative concept development and post-analysis for all tradeshows as directed by the marketing leadership.
Coordinates logistical planning and support with operations teams, including material return and managing tradeshow/used item inventory.
Prepares collateral and information packages, as well as procures and distributes promotional materials related to events.
Product launch execution responsibilities encompass the coordination and production of marketing and merchandising materials through communication to all stakeholder groups, including third-party manufacturing partners.
Complete administrative and product marketing tasks related to go-to-market execution per launch process using TORLYS project management software as a checklist as guided by the Channel Marketing Lead.

Qualifications:

2+ years customer service or marketing administration experience. Building material industry experience is considered an asset.

Strong communication interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in business administration.

Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Navision or Business Central ERP experience is an as asset.

Strong work ethic and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a solution-focused approach.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Hybrid Remote (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Standard office environment
Regular handling of marketing & merchandising materials (e.g., tradeshows, discovery room)
