As a landscape construction foreman at Meadows Way Landscaping & Garden Centre, you will be required to demonstrate abilities to lead and coordinate a work crew of 3-5 people. Skills and abilities that you must possess are:

-organizational skills

-time management skills

-excellent communication skills both in person and in email and text

-self starting and able to read and understand landscape plans and conceptual designs

-some understanding of technology and how to use landscape management software for which training will be provided

-be a team player, and also a company role model to those in your charge.

-in depth knowledge and understanding of landscape construction: this includes having experience building patios, retaining walls, complete yard construction, water features (ponds, fountains, waterfalls), installation of sod, plants, trees, and shrubs as well as care and maintenance.

-safe and effective equipment operation. skid steer and excavator use, front end loader, trucks and trailers (class 3 license an asset)
