Position Overview

We seek a qualified Mechanic with proven mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostics, and equipment maintenance skills. This is a hands-on, team-based role where your expertise will keep our wide range of machinery in peak condition and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques

Perform maintenance and repairs on a range of commercial and residential equipment

Use power and hand tools effectively and safely

Maintain accurate service records (time, parts, work performed)

Collaborate with sales and parts staff to ensure timely service

Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

Support training and mentoring of junior technicians or apprentices as required

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Mechanic or equivalent technical role preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics

Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting

Proficient in power and hand tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Red Seal certification is considered a strong asset
