To conduct a variety of semi-skilled maintenance repairs

Perform general maintenance on sanitary and mechanical systems of building.

Check all fire extinguishers monthly

To recommend repairs and adjustments to the supervisor as required, requisition supplies and

equipment, and provide technical advice and training to staff as needed.

To ensure Fire Safety compliance

To ensure daily, weekly, monthly and yearly checklist is maintained and up to date.

To routine inspection of all floors and storage areas, elevator room, boiler room, electrical room,

chemical room, laundry room and all other rooms for preventative maintenance.

To comply with any direction given by administration.

To attend Health and Safety committees.

Skills Needed:

Knowledge of Boiler systems

Knowledge of Sprinkler System

Electrical knowledge

Carpentry Skills

Lawn and Garden maintenance

Fire Prevention protocol/Fire Panel knowledge

Plumbing repairs

Heavy lifting

To be on call when needed

Pay: $19.33-$34.65 per hour
