HVAC Mechanic/ Gas Fitter 1

We are looking for Gas Fitter 1 HVAC technician with their 313A Refrigeration/Air Conditioning License. We work on many types of commercial HVAC equipment such as rooftop units, boilers, make-up air units, gas fired humidifiers, cooling towers and many other various types. Come learn and grow with us!

HVAC Duties
-Diagnose and repair failures in heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and determine required repairs/replacements
-HVAC system inspections to evaluate condition and verify installation meets code requirements
-Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
-Repair HVAC systems and associated components which include but not limited to: circulating pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, and controls
-Read and interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings and control schematics
-Start-up and commissioning of BAS, gas fired equipment over 500,000 BTUH
-Conduct training in the use and operation of systems as required

Certifications Required:

Refrigeration and air conditioning license 313A
Gas Fitter G1
Working at Heights
ODP
WHIMIS
Valid Ontario G Driver's License with Clean Abstract
