Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting activities within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. You must be enrolled in a co-op program in an accredited post secondary school to be considered. The contract date will go from September 1-December 19.

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy by attracting, evaluating, and engaging talent. With your expertise in innovative and proactive approaches, you'll oversee the full cycle recruitment process and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Your collaborative and dynamic personality allows you to excel in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you'll embody Prosperity Core Values with passion and enthusiasm in all your endeavors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enter requisitions onto the ATS, post for job opportunities
Post roles onto social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
Conducting initial phone screenings.
Perform onboarding duties for new and returning contractors
Entering contractor and order details into Stafftrak
Contacting candidate references and verifying education and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Currently completing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an asset. Must be enrolled in a co-op program.
Experience within the customer service sector
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
