We are currently looking for energetic and passionate RESTAURANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR for our busy, established restaurant in mid-Etobicoke.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workflow
Manage staff schedules, training and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle budgeting, inventory and ordering supplies
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
