Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your hospitality skills will play a crucial role in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing when necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
Experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively.
