Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Restaurant Damas. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in crafting exquisite beverages that complement our gourmet offerings. Your passion for coffee and customer service will enhance the dining experience for our guests in this sophisticated yet relaxed environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and specialty beverages to guests in a speedy manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking their orders.
Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
Passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.
