Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain product quality and consistency
- Oversee the baking process from ingredient preparation to final product presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules and meet production goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Train and supervise assistant bakers or kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or food establishment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
