What You'll Do

Plan menus, forecast food needs, and manage inventory and supplies
Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff in food prep and presentation
Prepare and cook high-quality meals, including specialty and signature dishes
Create and standardize new recipes, ensuring consistent taste and quality
Oversee kitchen operations to maintain top food safety and quality standards
Track food costs, usage, and kitchen performance for optimal efficiency

What We're Looking For

3+ years proven experience leading kitchen as Head Chef or equivalent
Expertise in Caribbean and Cantonese cuisine is essential
Skilled in recipe creation, food preparation, and presentation
Proficient in estimating food costs, analyzing kitchen data, and managing inventory
