WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

An accredited post-secondary education degree or diploma in GIS (or a relevant field)
Proficient in ArcGIS with key understanding of GIS principles
A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support team building, successful projects, and building strong client relations
Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines and with little guidance
Key personal management skills, including accountability, adaptability, problem solving, and a high stress tolerance
Advanced Operations Certification in RPAS would be an asset
Knowledge of python would be an asset
Valid driver's license, as ability to travel is essential

Implement custom GIS solutions in collaboration with our team and clients
Efficiently organize, manage, digitize, and upload GIS files
Support the creation of maps and geospatial data to deliver to clients and enhance consultation capacity (report maps & summary maps, etc)
Accurately process and derive information from collected datasets to inform studies and reports and create comprehensive deliverables
Operate survey grade equipment (including drones) both safely and successfully
In-field data collection in accessible and remote areas
Lead, deliver, and create customized training courses
