What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for our customers-answering calls with a positive, upbeat attitude
Schedule service appointments efficiently while juggling technician availability
Provide clear and friendly updates to customers about their appointments
Stay in touch with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track
Enter customer and job details into our dispatch software accurately
Help create a smooth, professional experience from first call to final repair

What We're Looking For
A bubbly, outgoing personality with a strong phone presence
Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Excellent communication-both verbal and written
Comfort with dispatch or scheduling software (we'll train the right person!)
Experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus-but your personality matters more
A team player who stays calm under pressure and still cracks a smile
