Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, or equipment as directed.
Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
Must be able to pass any required background checks or safety screenings.
