Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Sri Lankan Personal Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence in a safe and nurturing environment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through direct care and assistance.

Position : Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Location : York Region (Markham, Thornhill, Richmond hill, Maple, Woodbridge, Newmarket, and surrounding areas.
Work Setting : Residential or institutional care.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide personal care to clients.
Perform light housecleaning tasks.
Assist with meal preparation .
Offer companion care and socialization .
Additional duties as required.
Communicate client care plans and tasks before shifts.

Qualifications and Skills :
PSW Certification, Health Care Aide, Nursing Students, or Retired Nurses are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia care is a plus.

Pay : $21.45 per hour.
