Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Sri Lankan Personal Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence in a safe and nurturing environment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through direct care and assistance.

Work Area:

Durham Region (Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Whitby), Uxbridge, Port Perry, and surrounding areas.
Residential or institutional care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing).
Light housekeeping duties.
Meal preparation for clients.
Companion care and socialization.
Other tasks as assigned in the client care plan .

Qualifications and Skills:

PSWs , Health Care Aides , Nursing Students , and Retired Nurses encouraged to apply.
Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia care is a bonus.
