Your Role

Guide and Collaborate: Work closely with clients to translate their ideas into functional, elegant designs during consultations at their homes, our design studio, or supplier showrooms.
Lead the Renovation Journey: Dive deep into the unique challenges and opportunities of residential renovations, designing with both creativity and practicality.
Shape Custom Homes: Partner with our architectural technologists to craft thoughtful, budget-conscious designs for new custom homes, tailored to each client's lifestyle.
Develop Precise Plans: Produce detailed specifications and change orders that ensure smooth communication with the production team.
Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure the best outcomes for every project.
Think Creatively: Solve design challenges with innovative ideas that stand apart in a competitive market.

What We're Looking For

Renovation Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in residential renovations and design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to navigate and transform existing spaces.
A Versatile Skill Set: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, and a clear understanding of construction processes.
Design Education: A diploma or degree in Interior Design is beneficial, but your proven experience and eye for detail are most important.
Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and trades to bring projects to life.
Problem-Solver: You thrive on challenges and bring resourceful, well-thought-out solutions to the table.
Exceptional Communicator: Clear, concise, and thoughtful communication is second nature to you.
Mobility: A Class 5 Driver's License and flexibility to visit project sites as needed.
