Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and livestock care, with the ability to perform various tasks that support the daily operations of the ranch. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Duties

Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required for various ranch activities.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks around the ranch.
Monitor livestock health and assist with feeding, grooming, and general care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including barns and storage facilities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of ranch activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
Experience in gardening or crop management is a plus.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
