Field administration role for Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. providing administrative support for ongoing field operations. This role is based in our Slave Lake and Marten Hills field offices. The Field Administrator would report to the Production Foreman.
Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Pull weekly production numbers for both areas
Approve invoices
Code invoices sent by vendors and send to appropriate foreman/lead for approval in a timely manor
Order/ shop for office supplies including stationary and coffee supplies.
Provide tech support to operators. Includes setting up tablets.
Print and file misc. reports such as oil/ gas analysis, calibration reports, annual compliance documents.
Take out garbage's in office and maintain clean, tidy work space in between bi-monthly cleaning staff visits
Office septic and potable water order and track
Enter bimonthly safety meeting into Remedy. Follow-up with operators to sign off.
Remedy- Entering Truck Inspections in MBO, Safety meetings, Lease Inspections in MBO, general support
CMDS- general support
Review truck tickets and make sure they are entered in Prodman correctly, assist ops in correcting mistakes
Work with PA group to ensure all tickets are verified in Prodman
Act as the go between when IT/ internet issues come up at offices.
Monitor and remind operators about Remedy entries.
Plan Christmas party, summer BBQ, Golf Tournament, Safety Meetings, etc. as requested.
Received vendor timesheets, invoices and expenses and review for errors, ensure invoice numbers, Cost Centers and totals are correct and on time as laid out by Accounts Payable at the start of the year. Return to operators (or correct for them) when incorrect. Forward to Foreman for approval.
Enter contractor information into summary spreadsheet
Gather truck tickets and send to PA group at the end of each month
Pull month end Production reports and send to Purechem by the fifth business day of each month
Update Muddy Boots compliance reports and send to Foreman/ Pull report before end of each month to let foreman and leads know what is missing.
Update operator shift schedule and send to foreman and all construction/rig supervisors
FFVL- multistep process. Print reports and review for errors. Attend review meeting with Emissions Team.
Load compliance documents into ABADATA/MBO for Nipisi/Marten Hills. Track down operators/ documents that have not been received by the 10th.

Qualifications:
5 years in an office administrative role.
Oilfield admin experience would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft office products (outlook/word/excel/power point/etc)
Successful candidate must be a strong communicator, self-motivated and able to work in both independent and team environments.
Reside in the Slave Lake/Marten Hills area
