Screen Print Operator
We Must is seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Print Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical abilities and a passion for high-quality printing. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
Perform quality control checks and ensure consistency across all production runs
Assist with screen prep, ink mixing, artwork alignment, and job staging
Maintain and troubleshoot screen printing equipment and press machinery
Work closely with team members and production leads to coordinate workflow
Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized
Follow established safety and operational procedures
Track materials used and report any supply shortages

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on screen printing experience
Strong understanding of screen printing processes, techniques, and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
