The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, positive and friendly full-time Office Administrator to join our exciting and growing team! You will be responsible for the office's day-to-day operations and administrative support. The role requires you to come into the office daily.

Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
Warmly greet and assist visitors who come into the office, ensuring they sign in and out
Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, etc.)
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages and schedule couriers for any outgoing mail and packages
Running errands, banking, and scheduled pick-ups
Maintaining cleanliness/orderliness of the kitchen, meeting room and reception area
Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory
File, retrieve, and maintain documents electronically
Prepare and submit expense reports
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Ad hoc administrative work, as requested
Qualifications:
Team player, positive attitude, flexible and dependable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent telephone presence and courteous disposition
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge (Education/Experience):
Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
Mortgage Agent course needed and can be completed upon commencement of employment
