Role Purpose/ Summary:
Support the Production team by creating and maintaining production schedules that ensure all company goals are achieved and deadlines are met. By developing effective schedules, candidates can expect to play a major role in helping dB reach its objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Create and maintain production, labour, and shipment schedules.
Optimize schedules for efficient production while meeting sales delivery timelines.
Create and schedule all production work orders within the ERP system (Sage X3).
Maintain MRP settings to ensure effectiveness of planning workbench.
Quickly respond to any production or supply chain issues and provide recommendations to management for schedule modifications.
Identify problems and help improve processes.
Use ERP system (Sage X3) to generate reports and schedules.
Ensure that company deadlines are met.
Work with Marketing & Sales teams to build future schedules and production capabilities.
Create Labour Forecasts based on sales intake and workstation capacities.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years Operations / Scheduling experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field (Business, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management)
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass a background security check
Experience with ERP applications
Experience with Sage X3 a plus
Materials and/or inventory management.is an asset
Proficient using Microsoft office applications

Able to multi-task efficiently.
