Job Description:

NXL Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Technician to join our Finance team for a 12-month contract. (Maternity Coverage)

This role is all about managing customer invoicing, payments, and collections, and it's a key part of helping our finance operations run smoothly. While accuracy and professionalism are essential, we're also proud to say our finance department is a fun, collaborative, and supportive.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process daily customer invoices for sales and services rendered
Record and apply incoming payments (cheques, credit cards, ACH, EFTs) in the accounting system
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, account discrepancies, and general inquiries
Reconcile the A/R ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Assisting Manager as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar admin/finance role
Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude

Schedule:

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Monday to Friday

(12 Month Contract Aug 2025 - 2026)

Pay: $55,000.00-$57,500.00 per year
