Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rebuild Coordinator (Coordinator) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and services. You will be the key communicator among property owners, project managers, and subtrades. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers and team members
Review project manager files to identify requirements and provide support as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation related to project progress and updates.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to property owner inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills

Competency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Edge.
Strong communication skills and a positive approach when dealing with clients.
Experience using software such as XactAnalysis and Symbility Claims Connect is a plus
Ability to analyze situations effectively and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Solid understanding of the insurance industry.
Experience in construction industry an asset.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
