Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience

Working at Heights Certification
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
English fluency

We're a fast-growing, quality-first painting company based in Burlington, Ontario , specializing in:

High-end repaints
Cabinet refinishing
Deck/fence restoration
Popcorn ceiling removal

We currently run two professional painting crews and are now hiring a third leader who's ready to take on a supervisory role with ownership, pride, and accountability.

Compensation & Advancement

You'll earn:

$26-$30/hour base pay , depending on experience
Bonuses for quality, client feedback, and job efficiency
Bi-weekly pay schedule
Full-time work: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Your Role

You will act as the on-site supervisor for residential and light commercial projects, managing both workflow and team performance .

Responsibilities include:

Job setup: scope review, material prep, client introduction
Managing 1-3 painters per project
Delegating tasks and enforcing company standards
Performing and documenting daily progress
Communicating with clients and production manager throughout the job
Quality assurance: walkthroughs, touch-ups, cleanup, and final sign-off
Soliciting reviews and referrals upon job completion
Promoting our brand through signage, professionalism, and results
