We help people to see and we are looking to expand our team; our Brampton location is currently looking for An Optical Dispensary Lead .

As someone responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an optical dispensary, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive work culture, driving sales growth, implementing business strategies, educating patients on eye wear options, and more!
The job consists of the following:

Sales duties: Achieving sales goals and quotas, selling frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, accessories and misc. eye care products.

Clinic management duties: managing team performance, implementing policies, and etc.

Optical duties: quality control, placing orders, contacting labs, inventory control, and etc.

Customer Service: Leading in and upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills.

Other duties as required.

Friendly & Warm Office Environment.

We are open:

Monday 10am to 5pm

Tuesday 10 am to 7pm

Wednesday 10 am to 7pm

Thursday 10 am to 7pm

Friday 10 am to 7pm

Saturday 10 am to 5pm

Sunday 9 am to 2 pm

We are looking for a Full-Time (Permanent) employee.

Compensation will be determined depending on experience.

Requirements:

1+ year of dispensing experience is required.

Saturday and Sunday Availability is a Must.

Evening Availability is a Must.

Friendly, positive, upbeat, and agreeable personality.

Ability to consistently deliver exceptional patient/customer experience.

Ability to operate lensometer and other equipment.

Experience:
optical dispensary: 1 year (required)
lensometer and/or other optical equipment: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
