WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the charge - you set the daily focus, keep energy high, and push the team to win
Sell every day - you drive memberships, class packs, and PT like your numbers depend on it (because they do)
Run campaigns, not just the desk - from lead gen to follow-ups, you build and execute ideas that fill the room
Coach your team like a sport - real-time feedback, target breakdowns, and high-fives when it clicks
Create an experience - from first-timers to regulars, you make every visit feel personal and electric
Watch your numbers like a boss - you know what's converting, what's stalling, and where the next sale's coming from
Represent the brand out loud - in the studio, on social, at community events - your energy leads the culture
