We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Dealership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Automotive industry. This role requires a proactive leader who can enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive team performance. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Supervise all departments including fixed and variable operations
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and resolving guest complaints effectively.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting to achieve operational goals.
Foster a collaborative team environment through effective leadership and communication.
