Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of appliance repair, electrical systems, along with excellent customer service skills. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties
Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, washers and dryers.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues and repair options.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements
Min. 2 years experience in appliance repair with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel to client locations.
