You will be responsible for cooking dishes from start to finish and plating them according to our plating guide. Job Summary: Comfortable cooking a full range of food items, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Specific Skills

Assist in food preparation assignments in off-peak periods as needed

Cooking and handling of food

Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

Looking for someone who can work closing shifts 4pm or 5pm start time until closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
