Crabby Joe's Bar•Grill (Downtown, London) is on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic Bartender/Server The perfect candidates will understand the importance of professional customer service and be capable of providing nothing less than the best to our guests!

Key Responsibilities

Exhibit serving essentials such as helping to create guest's orders, answering menu inquiries, running food, and supporting those around you. Graciously handle guest concerns with the support of the management team, ensuring that every guest ultimately leaves happy.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and can explain it in a way that exudes passion for the amazing food and beverages we offer.
Build relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members.
Maintain composure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor food quality and presentation standards.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is a must
Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
Ability to build professional relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity.
Positive attitude and ability to converse with people easily.
Experience in a serving role at a full-service restaurant considered an asset.
Smart Serve certified.

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
