Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of roll-off containers to and from various job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and the ability to perform basic automotive repairs as needed.

Duties

Operate roll-off trucks to transport containers to designated locations.
Ensure all loads are secured and comply with safety regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
Assist in loading and unloading containers using forklifts or other heavy equipment.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding job status and any issues that may arise.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. AZ licence.
Experience in commercial driving, particularly with roll-off trucks or similar heavy equipment. Looking for a minimum of 5 years verifiable experience.
Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus, enabling the driver to perform minor repairs when necessary.
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
