Position Overview

We are seeking driven, reliable individuals to join our team as full-time painters. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values doing things the right way. You'll work on a variety of interior and exterior painting projects throughout Kingston and the surrounding area, delivering consistently high-quality results as part of a close-knit, professional crew.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Painting
Brush and roll application with an emphasis on clean lines, smooth finishes, and cleanliness throughout the process
Surface preparation, including puttying, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
Ladder work and safe setup in varied interior environments

Exterior Painting
Prep work including scraping, sanding, and priming for durability and longevity
Painting using ladders and working at heights
Maintaining clean, efficient, and organized job sites

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Fast learner with the ability to follow systems and problem-solve on the job
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Physically capable and comfortable working at heights
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent work ethic
