Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Formwork Carpenter Helper/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various construction concrete formwork projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

Assist carpenters in the construction
Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Support concrete forming processes by preparing and pouring concrete as directed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during construction activities.

Experience

Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools used in carpentry work.
Basic knowledge of concrete forming techniques is advantageous.
Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
