This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions.
The Commercial Lines AA is responsible for providing quality service to our Commercial Insurance clients. The AA makes changes needed for clients accounts, responds to basic client questions, processes client files, and renewals.
This role involves significant priority management, excellent attention to detail, the ability to clearly communicate, and provide excellent service when dealing with both internal and external clients.
_ The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following: _
High-school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or client service role.
A combination of education, skills and experience will be considered.
CAIB designation or experience in the Insurance Industry would be an asset.
Level 2 Agent License or working toward.
Experience in a Commercial environment would be an asset.
Strong experience using word processing and office productivity suites like MS365.
Experience using Applied EPIC is considered an asset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a natural ability to deliver excellence in client service.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Bilingualism English and French is an asset.
_ Working Conditions _
Some travel may be required.
Attending presentations and meetings is required. (in person / virtual and formal /informal)
Some overtime is expected due to the nature of the role. Regular office hours are 8am to 4:30pm AST.
_ Work Location _
Fredericton or Moncton, in-office.
Hybrid option within 12 months of employment.
