Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting.

Requirements:

-Must have 1 Year of Veterinary Receptionist experience in order to qualify

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer skills

- Knowledge of veterinary terminology is must

- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion

Duties:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area

- Collect and process payments for services rendered

- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and client information

- Assist veterinary staff with various tasks as needed

- Keep the reception area clean and organized
