Pay Rate: $22.25/hr

Position Summary / Résumé du Poste
The Lead Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food using standard recipes and production guidelines while following food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures. This role involves safe handling of kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and broilers. The Lead Cook may supervise other employees and delegate responsibilities. Duties may vary by location depending on client requirements and business needs.
Qualifications & Certifications / Qualifications et Certifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience as a cook or in a related role required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven knowledge of food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Food Safety Certification required
- Basic math and counting skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing
- May require uniforms and/or use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
