What's the Job?
- Position Type: Hybrid (mix of onsite and remote)
- Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible, but 7:30 AM start required at least 2 days/week)
- Pay Rate: Max $30/hour
- Language Requirement: French (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Track and update project progress to meet production deadlines.
- Manage production orders in SAP Business One (open, update, close).
- Identify and resolve planning issues; adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize production schedules for efficiency.
- Respond to raw material shortages and coordinate project steps accordingly.
Requirements
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- ERP experience (SAP Business One is a plus).
- Planning/production management experience (asset).
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
