What's the Job?

• Position Type: Hybrid (mix of onsite and remote)
• Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible, but 7:30 AM start required at least 2 days/week)
• Pay Rate: Max $30/hour
• Language Requirement: French (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Track and update project progress to meet production deadlines.
• Manage production orders in SAP Business One (open, update, close).
• Identify and resolve planning issues; adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize production schedules for efficiency.
• Respond to raw material shortages and coordinate project steps accordingly.

Requirements

• Strong team collaboration skills.
• ERP experience (SAP Business One is a plus).
• Planning/production management experience (asset).
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
