What Youll Do
Design Lifeendos end-to-end user interface (wearable alerts, mobile app, caregiver dashboards).
Conduct user research with diverse populations seniors, caregivers, paramedics.
Build out a design system for accessibility and clarity.
Collaborate with engineering to turn UX into working product.
Create pitch-perfect visuals for demos, investors, and PR.

Your Background:
4+ years in UX/UI with at least 1 healthcare or IoT product.
Strong understanding of accessibility, color contrast, haptics, and intuitive layouts.
Portfolio showing simplicity in complex environments.
Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools.

Founder Commitment
If remote work becomes limiting after 4 months, we will provide support for relocation to Canada, including help with visa guidance, housing research, and team onboarding in person.
As an early-stage, pre-incorporation startup, this role is offered on an equity-only basis (6%). We are seeking true co-founders who also contribute $5,000 toward critical startup costs (legal, prototyping, compliance, and early testing).
This contribution reflects shared ownership, commitment, and partnership not a payment. You will receive documented co-founder status, and every dollar will be used toward launching our first pilots.
Salary begins in December 2025. Equity will be provided within 24 hours of approval of your application.
