MGR Workforce is hiring Red Seal-certified Journeyperson Electricians for full-time outdoor construction projects in Bridgewater, NS. These are long-term roles offering excellent pay and consistent hours with a team that prioritizes safety and respect on site.

Compensation Breakdown:

Base wage: $47.70/hour +

Vacation pay: $2.87/hour +

Holiday pay: $0.95/hour +

Health & benefit pay: $3.97/hour +

Pension: $7.79/hour

Total Compensation: $63.28/hour

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair outdoor electrical systems, including utility connections, temporary power, and exterior lighting

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Pull wire, bend conduit, complete terminations

Work outdoors year-round and follow all safety protocols

Troubleshoot and Test electrical systems using specialized tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety

Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate electrical work with other construction or renovation activities

What You Need:

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification (must be registered in the Red Seal trade)

3 5 years of hands-on electrical experience (outdoor/construction preferred)

Comfortable working in all weather, at heights, and near heavy equipment

Physically fit (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods)

Your own PPEs: hard hat, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses

Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
